Texans are sick and tired of mass shootings in our state.
Loosening restrictions on guns is not the answer to gun violence!
Elected officials’ reactions to mass shootings were to pray for the victims and then remove virtually every safeguard currently in place which would ensure that dangerous individuals are prevented from carrying handguns in public.
Responsible gun owners, police organizations, and the general public understand that gun ownership comes with responsibility. Background checks, permits to carry, safety training, and red flag laws are all proven to help prevent gun violence, but instead, we get permit less carry.
Email the governor and demand he vetoes permitless carry!!
