We must protect safe and accessible elections for all! The voting legislation proposed during the regular session not only changed the definition of disability, but also added new requirements to mail-in ballots, made personal assistants liable for criminal offenses, and introduced new curbside voting procedures that would make it extremely difficult for people with disabilities to vote.

Email or call your representatives and send a letter to the editor of your local newspapers to oppose any voting laws that impact the disability community’s ability to participate in the electoral process.
