Election Protection is a non-partisan coalition consisting of LWV, Texas Civil Rights Project, ACLU, Common Cause, NAACP, Lawyers Committee, LDF and many more! It is made of two parts - our Election Protection Hotline 866-OUR-VOTE that directly connects to lawyers who are standing by to provide legal aid to any voter who encounters a problem AND our on the ground poll monitors who help voters through in person assistance or by connecting them to our hotline. Our democracy depends on ordinary people who make sure every election runs smoothly and everyone's vote is counted. You can make sure we have safe, fair, and efficient elections for all by stepping up and becoming a poll worker in your community!
